KIEV, Sept. 1 - Ukraine's third largest oil refinery that was supposed to resume operation on Thursday after a four-week maintenance will continue the stoppage indefinitely, a spokeswoman for the company said.
The delayed restart of Kherson NaftoPererobka, controlled by Russia's Alliance Oil company, comes days after another oil refinery, Halychyna, had announced its stoppage would continue for another four months until January.
