KIEV, Aug. 21 - Raiffeisen International Bank Holding AG, Austria's largest bank, acquired a 93.5% stake in Aval, Ukraine's second largest commercial bank, completing several months of talks, the bank said in a statement released Sunday.

The parties declined to disclose the value of the deal, which has yet to be approved by the National Bank of Ukraine and by other regulators.
