KIEV, Aug. 19 - Natural gas talks between Russia and Ukraine will begin on Aug. 23 when a Ukrainian government team travels to Moscow, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said Thursday.

The talks were supposed to begin on Aug. 14, but were delayed as Russia had refused confirm the previously agreed upon date, officials have said.
