KIEV, Aug. 19 - President Viktor Yushchenko on Thursday amended his earlier decree, now allowing a truly visa free entry to Ukraine for all U.S. citizens, according to the presidential service.

The decree, originally signed on June 30, had been allowing visa free entry to only those U.S. citizens that had already visited Ukraine within the past six months.
