KIEV, Aug. 4 ??“ Ukraine has created a government team with sweeping powers that will travel to Moscow for natural gas talks in order to end outstanding problems in relations with Russia, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said Thursday.

The team, led by Energy and Fuel Minister Ivan Plachkov, will also include other key officials, such as Justice Minister Roman Zvarych, suggesting the talks will also touch upon previous gas debts.
