KIEV, Nov. 12 - Ukraine’s biggest privately-held power and mining company DTEK will build a wind power plant that would reduce greenhouse gas GHG) emissions, the company announced Friday.
“The pilot project for the construction of Botiyevska wind power plant will be implemented as a joint implementation project, which, after commissioning will lead to annual reductions of greenhouse gas emissions by 551,000 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) equivalent,” DTEK said in a statement.
