KIEV, Aug. 1 ??“ Russian oil company Alliance Oil shut down its Ukrainian oil refinery in Kherson on Monday for a 4.5-week maintenance to improve safety and quality of produced gasoline, the company said.

The shutdown of Kherson NaftoPererobka, Ukraine??™s No. 3 oil refinery, comes less than a week after the stoppage of Lukoil-Odessa, the No. 4 refinery, owned by Russian oil major Lukoil.
