CVG sets up Czech facility to support Ukrainian manufacturing plant
KYIV, April 13 – The Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG), a leading supplier of fully integrated systems for the global commercial vehicle market, has deployed spare production facilities in the Czech Republic as part of protecting business and production in Ukraine (production facilities are located in Lviv), according to a CVG press release.

Russia's Gazprom sharply increases gas transit via Ukraine
KYIV, April 16 – Russia's Gazprom in the past week sharply increased volumes of natural gas transportation to Europe using the Ukrainian pipelines – by 60 million cubic meters a day or 25%, reaching around 300 million cubic meters a day, Naftogaz Ukrayiny CEO Andriy Kobolev said. |
Groysman may dismiss Kobolev unless Naftogaz cuts gas prices
KYIV, April 17 – Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman initiates the dismissal of Board Chairman of Naftogaz Ukrayiny Andriy Kobolev if the company refuses to cut the price of gas sold to households before April 24, Groysman said at a government meeting on Wednesday. |
Chinese firms to drill seven wells for Ukrgazvydbuvannia after winning tender
KYIV, April 16 – Two Chinese companies have won a tender of public joint-stock company Ukrgazvydbuvannia to attract external contractors to drill seven wells at three fields announced in March. The Ukrainian company saved 10.7% on the cost of drilling services: the cost fell from the expected UAH 1.988 billion to UAH 1.776 billion (VAT included). |
