Ukraine urged to react to Turkey’s duties on confectionary products

KYIV, Aug 17 – The European Business Association (EBA) has called on relevant state agencies to take urgent measures in order to prevent the introduction of additional customs duties by Turkey on Ukrainian confectionary products.


Ukraine secures EUR 250-mln three-year loan from Cargill at 5.95%

KYIV, Aug 18 - Ukraine will get a loan from Cargill Financial Services International, Inc. of up to EUR 250 million, the loans will bear interest at a rate of 5.95% per annum for contracts with maturity in three years and 6.85% for contracts with maturity in five years.


Privat group agrees to allow appointment of independent Ukrnafta chairman

KYIV, Aug 15 – Minority shareholders of Ukrnafta represented by the Privat group have given up the right to appoint the chairman of the company's board only from their nominees in exchange for forming a supervisory board with a majority of independent directors, Executive Director of Naftogaz Ukrainy Yuriy Vitrenko said.

Individual Deposit fund starts liquidation of failed Kiev bank
