KIEV, Aug. 18 - Russia's Magnezit refractory group could acquire the Pantaleimonivka Refractory Plant in Ukraine's Donetsk region.

Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee told Interfax that it had cleared the Magnezit group's Luxembourg-registered holding company MAG Holdings S.A. to acquire more than 50% of the Ukrainian plant.
