KIEV, Oct. 20 – Interpipe, a pipe and wheel company, has plans to put into operation the Dniprostal steel smelting complex (Dnipropetrovsk) in March 2012, Interpipe Chief Executive Officer Oleksandr Kyrychko announced at a press conference in Dnipropetrovsk.
