AMC denies Ukrzaliznytsia accusation of unlawful tender action

KIEV, Oct. 17 – The Antimonopoly Committee has denied accusations by the State Railway Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia) it made unlawful decisions on Ukrzaliznytsia's tenders to buy property appraisal services and coal.


EU to allocate EUR186 million for technical assistance this year

KIEV, Oct. 17 – The European Union plans to allocate EUR 186 million in technical assistance to Ukraine by the end of 2013.

The funds are intended for five-year projects of EU technical assistance in Ukraine, Head of the EU cooperation programs in Ukraine Andrew Rasbash said at a briefing on Thursday.
