Office space leases in Kyiv down 78% on year to 40,000 sq m in 2022

KYIV, Feb 21 – Leasing activity in the office real estate market in Kyiv amounted to 40,000 square meters m at the end of 2022, which is only 22% of the volume of 2021 (about 185,000 square meters), the press service of CBRE Ukraine has reported.


Ukrainians see consumer confidence index drop 0.1 points in January

KYIV, Feb 21 – The consumer confidence index (CCI) of Ukrainians in January fell by 0.1 points compared to December and amounted to 83.8 points (on a scale from zero to 200), including Expected Economic Conditions in the Country Over the Next Year and Five Years decreased, according to a survey by the Info Sapiens agency.


Ukraine’s Consumer Confidence Index drops 4.9 points to 62.3 in January
