Government to announce winners of coal complex tenders on Nov. 25

KIEV, Nov. 22 – The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry is planning to announce the results of a tender for the concession of the integrated property complexes of state enterprises Rovenkiantracit and Sverdlovantracit (both based in Luhansk region) on November 25, a source in the ministry told Interfax-Ukraine.


New Ukrainian-Russian JV to start making rocket engines in 2012
