Zaporizhia Iron Ore Plant reports lost assets after Russia seizes control
KYIV, June 23 – The administration of an enterprise with foreign investments Zaporizhia Iron Ore Plant (ZZRK, Dniprorudne, Zaporizhia region) announced the loss of control over the enterprise in the temporarily uncontrolled territory of Ukraine and announced an extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

Ukrenergo warns about power blackouts on record high air temperatures
KYIV, June 25 – National Energy Company Ukrenergo has issued a warning about possible blackouts due to record-high air temperature.
"The energy system is facing a hazard to balanced electricity generation and consumption. A record-high air temperature and a peak power consumption of 17,935 megawatts have been registered in Ukraine in recent two weeks. |
Washington ready to support Ukraine’s energy sector reform: Logsdon
KYIV, June 24 – Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Energy Resources Kent Logsdon said at a meeting with representatives of the World Bank and the European Union that Washington is ready to support Ukraine's energy reform programs together with international partners. |
