PM sees mortgage rates dropping to 10-11% in 2020 Journal Staff Report
The reduction of mortgage rates to 10-11% per annum is an important task that could be achieved this year, Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk said. "For the economy to develop rapidly, we need businesses to have access to the cheapest possible resources. Of course, we won't do minus one percent in the near future. But to reach 10-11% on mortgage this year is a very ambitious but important task," the prime minister said.
