Russian gas monopoly Gazprom should pay Ukraine about $8.5 billion in various gas disputes, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said. "The Russian Federation and, in particular, Russian gas monopoly Gazprom owe Ukraine over $8 billion in various gas cases, and these funds will one way or another be paid in favor of our state," the Ukrainian government reported.
