The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) at an auction on August 18 sold a blocking stake (25% of shares) in Kyivenergo at a starting price of UAH 759.6 million, the SPF said on its website. A total of 27.091 million shares were sold at UAH 28.04 per share. Only one bidder was registered to participate in the auction and that it why the shares were sold at the starting price.
