Naftogaz Ukrayiny is planning to raise $700 million under state guarantees in 2017. An explanatory note to the draft national budget of the country for 2017, which was presented to the country's parliament, said it is planned to raise $500 million from the World Bank's structure, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and $200 million from the International Finance Corporation for Naftogaz Ukrayiny.
