A meeting of shareholders in public joint-stock company Ukrnafta is scheduled for September 15, the company's press service reported, referring to the decision made on July 21 at a meeting of the company's supervisory board. Naftogaz Ukrayiny said that the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders included the selection of an auditor to carry out forensic audit of Ukrnafta, but the decision on the issue was not supported by representatives of the minority shareholders.
