Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Economy Minister Hennadiy Zubko said that $15 billion would be needed for the restoration of infrastructure damaged by hostilities. "Unfortunately, the eastern part of Donbas was hit by the war. The approximate cost of restoring infrastructure, companies and houses would be up to $15 billion," Zubko said.
