Naftogaz Ukrayiny has increased its claims against Gazprom in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce under the 2009 contracts for gas supply and transit to $25.7 billion. According to a company quarterly report, the state holding is seeking compensation under the contract for natural gas supply for an overpayment of $14 billion, up from the previously demanded $12 billion. In addition, Naftogaz's fiscal claims against Gazprom on the contract for gas transit amount to $11.7 billion.
