Oil transit through Ukraine to Europe in January-July 2015 increased by 4.7% (405,800 tons) compared to the same period in 2014, to 9.131 million tons. According to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, in July 2015 oil transit through Ukraine rose by 2.7% (by 35,400 tons) compared to the same month last year, to 1.331 million tons. Oil transit through Ukraine to Europe in 2014 decreased by 3.6% (by 564,600 tons) compared to 2013, to 15.013 million tons.
