Minsk agreement implementation won't halt US sanctions, says official Journal Staff Report
The strict implementation of the Minsk agreements won't make the United States change its policy of imposing sanctions against Moscow due to its occupation of Crimea, Director of the U.S. Department of State's Press Office Jeff Rathke said. Asked whether the implementation of Minsk agreements will have an effect on sanctions related to Crimea, he said: "Yeah, those [will] remain."
