Poroshenko announces another $60 million Turkish aid after talks Journal Staff Report
Turkey has provided $10 million worth of humanitarian aid to Ukraine and will allot another $50 million for Ukraine to cover its budget deficit, President Petro Poroshenko told journalists following negotiations with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Kiev. Turkey has also decided to allocate $50 million for Ukraine to cover the budget deficit, Poroshenko said. Erdogan said Turkey would allocate $10 million for displaced persons who had to leave the war zone in Donbas.
