EnergoAtom and Russia's TVEL sign 2015-2016 nuke fuel supply deal Journal Staff Report
Ukraine's EnergoAtom and Russia's TVEL have signed a supplementary agreement on supplies of Russian nuclear fuel for Ukrainian nuclear power plants in 2015-2016, EnergoAtom Director for Security Danko Biley said. "[The two companies] have signed a supplementary agreement that will ensure the supply of nuclear fuel in 2015-2016," he said. Biley recalled that in addition to Russian fuel, Yuzhnoukrainsk Nuclear Power Plant also uses fuel from U.S. company Westinghouse.
