The European Investment Bank in 2014-2016 will issue €3 billion for funding investment projects in Ukraine. "We plan over the next three years, including the current one, to invest €3 billion in Ukraine," EIB Vice President Laszlo Baranyay said during the signing of a loan agreement with Astarta agricultural holding in Kiev.
