Some NATO members have agreed to send arms, Poroshenko tells soldiers Journal Staff Report
The Ukrainian leadership has reached agreements with some NATO member-countries on direct arms deliveries, according to President Petro Poroshenko. "Agreements have been negotiated with a number of NATO countries on direct deliveries of modern weapons, which will help us defend ourselves and win," Poroshenko said at a meeting with the National Guard's First Tactical Brigade, with the 9th and 23rd territorial defense battalions and with border guards in Mariupol on Monday.
