Prosecutor's office opens 'terrorist' case against Yanukovych, others Journal Staff Report
The Prosecutor General's Office has opened a criminal case opened against former officials under Article 258 Part 3 of the Criminal Code (which governs terrorist acts which caused casualties). "It was established that Viktor Yanukovych, Oleksandr Yakymenko [ex-SBU chief] and Vitaliy Zakharchenko [ex-interior minister] by prior conspiracy formed a terrorist organization, the activities of which caused mass casualties of people on February 20 at Instytutska Street in Kiev," a PGO spokesman said.
