EBRD to acquire 5% in German bank that owns Ukraine’s ProCredit Journal Staff Report
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) through the acquisition of a 5% stake in the German ProCredit Holding AG&Co. KGaA, which owns the Ukrainian ProCredit Bank, bringing its total shareholding to 8.7%. As stated in the report of the EBRD, this decision was made by its board of directors on March 17 this year. In addition, as part of the transaction, the EBRD will also acquire a 9.9% stake in the management company, ProCredit General Partner AG.
