Power exporters paid UAH 459 million in July as part of public service obligations (PSO) from the profit from the sale of electricity to Europe, Andriy Pylypenko, Head of the state-owned company Guaranteed Buyer, has said. "In July, for an incomplete month, exporters paid us UAH 459 million from their export earnings as part of the PSO," he said in an interview with the Energy Reform portal, adding that the company distributes these funds among universal service providers in proportion to the planned volumes of electricity supplies to household consumers.
