In January-July 2020, Ukraine increased imports of natural gas by 21% (by 1.6 billion cubic meters) compared to the same period in 2019, to 9.2 billion cubic meters. According to Gas TSO of Ukraine LLC (GTSOU), 5.4 billion cubic meters of gas were received from Slovakia (a rise of 16% compared to January-July-2019), 2.7 billion cubic meters from Hungary (a rise of 26%), 1.1 billion cubic meters from Poland (a rise of 33%).
