KIEV, March 28 Russia's "Russian Spring" plan involves disruption of the early presidential elections in the country, making the risk of incursion of Russian troops into the mainland Ukraine is currently quite high, National Security and Defense Council Secretary Andriy Parubiy said.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, March 30 - Ukraine and Brunei have agreed to cancel their visa regimes.

A respective agreement in the form of an exchange of notes between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of Brunei regarding the visa-free travel of citizens was signed in Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei) after talks held between Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah.
