20.03.2024 Median home prices in Kyiv increase 5.3% in Jan-Feb, MAXIFY reports
KYIV, March 19 - In January-February 2024, the volume of sales on the primary real estate market in Kyiv almost halved, median prices for the year increased by 5.3% compared to the winter of 2023, Volodymyr Danylenko, founder of M4U and co-founder of the dynamic pricing service MAXIFY, told Interfax-Ukraine.

19.03.2024 US Senator: Ukraine aid may soon be approved
