KIEV, Nov. 26 – Dmytro Firtash, a Ukrainian billionaire co-owner of RosUkrEnergo gas trader, has used his Austrian-registered company to sue the government of Ukraine for illegally seizing 11 billion cubic meters of natural gas in January.

The Vienna-based Centragas Beteilingungs Holding AG, which owns 50% of RosUkrEnergo, has sent a letter to the government informing about the upcoming litigation in a European court.
