BRUSSELS, Jan. 14 - European experts were provided with full access to Gazprom's and Naftogaz Ukrainy's dispatching rooms on Tuesday evening, but all they could see was that gas was not flowing from Russia to Western Europe through the pipelines they were monitoring, European Commission spokesperson Johannes Laitenberger said.

Earlier on Tuesday, Laitenberger had accused the Russian gas giant and the Ukrainian national energy company of barring European monitors from entering the rooms where they could have access to information on gas transit.
