KIEV, May 5 – Valentyna Semeniuk, the State Property Fund head recognized by President Viktor Yushchenko, on Monday warned potential investors of risks if they decide to go ahead and buy assets of Odessa Portside Plant.

Semeniuk said an auction selling the assets will be contested in courts and some investors may lose their deposit, usually up to 10% of the purchase price, if the sell-off is reversed.
