KIEV, April 23 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko continued on her collision course Wednesday with President Viktor Yushchenko, this time sparring over privatization of Odessa Portside Plant, a major producer and exporter of ammonia.

Tymoshenko, whose campaign of making massive social payments has apparently started to run out of cash, seeks to sell the plant for $1 billion in order to prop up the budget.
