KIEV, April 8 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko’s group on Tuesday joined forces with the opposition Regions and Communist parties to approve internal legislative regulations setting them on a collision course with President Viktor Yushchenko.

Although the regulations was the minor issue, the significance of the joint vote by the Tymoshenko group and Regions, despite disagreement from Yushchenko’s Our Ukraine-People’s Self-defense, may eventually undermine the ruling coalition.
