KIEV, April 2 - Ukraine resumed plans for building a modern crude oil refinery near its border with Poland, two years after the project had been effectively postponed, an Energy and Fuel Ministry official said Tuesday.
The oil refinery, with the likely capacity of 8 million metric tons of oil per year, is supposed to be built near Brody, the Lviv region, and will be able to receive crude from the Caspian Sea.
