LONDON, March 13 – A possible jump in the price of natural gas due to the declaration of Central Asian countries that they are to transfer to market prices from 2009 carries the highest risks for the municipal and state sectors of Ukraine, according to country director Ukraine of the European Bank for the Reconstruction and Development Kamen Zahariev.
"Private companies would find reserves to cope with this challenge, I have no doubt. We're worried about the state and municipal sectors," he told Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday night in London at a reception in honor of the Ukrainian Investment Summit organized by Finance&Credit Bank.
