KIEV, March 10 - Inflation in Ukraine slowed to 2.7% in February 2008, from 2.9% in January, but remained sharply higher than one year ago, the State Statistics Committee said.
On a cumulative basis, consumer prices rose 5.7% in January-February, while inflation accelerated to 21.9% in the 12 months to the end of February.
The government is forecasting up to 10% inflation for the full year 2008.
