KIEV, Feb. 25 – A repeat tender may have to be conducted to attract an investor for the construction of a waste incinerator in Kiev’s Desnyansky District said Anatoliy Holubchenko, first deputy head of Kiev City state administration.
"The Austrian company, which won the tender, demanded bank guarantees. I sent a letter to them. As they say, this is their last warning. The results of the tender could be canceled and the new tender will be conducted," Holubchenko told Interfax-Ukraine.
He said that the issue is to be settled in March.
