KIEV, Jan. 8 - Ukraine’s imports of coke, a raw material used for steelmaking, increased 37.6% on the month in November following a shutdown of the country’s biggest coking coal producer due to a series of recent explosions.

Ukraine’s imports of coke rose to 195,150 metric tons in November, up from 141,780 tons imported in October, the State Statistics Committee reported.
