KIEV, Dec. 19 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Finance Corporation will jointly lend $200 million to Ukraine’s No. 4 gasoline retailer, Galnaftogaz, to boost its gas filling station chain, the EBRD reported Wednesday.

The lending will help Galnaftogaz to increase the number of gas stations under the OKKO brand it operates throughout the country to 360 by the end of 2009, up from 176 now, the bank said.
