MOSCOW, Dec. 13 - Evraz Group will pay a total consideration of $2 billion-$2.2 billion for the Ukraine-based assets that it intends to acquire from the Privat Group, including approximately $1 billion cash, Evraz said in a statement.

Evraz Group's core shareholder, Lanebrook Limited, has already bought the assets in question and will sell them on to Evraz.
