KIEV, Dec. 13 – The confidence in a computer vote counting system in Parliament was shattered again on Thursday after one of its 450 terminals collapsed and had to be replaced, Parliamentary Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
The system, known as Rada, was blamed on Tuesday for the failure to approve Yulia Tymoshenko as Ukraine’s new prime minister after at least three similar terminals had registered unexplained malfunctions.
