KAZAN, Dec. 12 - Tatneft has sent a letter to oil traders from Russia and foreign companies with a request not to cooperate with the raiders that have seized UkrTatNafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery in Poltava region), First Deputy Tatneft Director General Nail Maganov told Interfax.

"According to our information, only one company did not support us - Rixo. They have supplied their first two tankers to UkrTatNafta and are trying to buy more oil for the oil refinery on the market," he said.
