KIEV, Nov. 12 – Ukraine’s political groups on Monday failed to make any progress for setting up the first session of Parliament following the snap election, postponing an important meeting for at least 24 hours.
The 30-strong body that was supposed to approve an interim chairman and to set the date for the session split evenly 15-15 on the choice of a chairman.
