KIEV, Nov. 9 - Ukraine’s oil shipment monopoly UkrTransNafta will seek to increase tariffs it charges Russian oil supply monopoly Transneft for transit of oil via Ukrainian pipelines to Europe, an official said.

UkrTransNafta complains crude oil prices have been growing fast on world markets, but transit tariffs remained unchanged for years, Ihor Kiriushyn, the head of UkrTransNafta, said.
